Audio Integration Options with Acrobat Connect Professional
November 7th, 2007
Continuing on the whitepaper series we developed with Adobe for Acrobat Connect Professional, the following document covers multiple options available to customers for integrating audio with their web conferencing experiences. The options include audio conferencing bridge integration, VoIP, and a hybrid of VoIP and audio conferencing, and as you’ll see, each of these options has its strengths and weaknesses depending on the use-case.
You can download the whitepaper here: Audio Integration Options with Acrobat Connect Professional

Great whitepaper. Will it be possible to provide a link to detailed information on the “telephony integration SDK” mentioned on page 7?
Thx,

Hi John,
There are several adapters available here:
http://www.adobe.com/support/connect/updaters.html
Additionally, if you need to create your own adapter: I don’t believe the SDK is generally available for download, so you will need to contact Adobe to get access. I would recommend contacting Technical Support who can route your request to the appropriate product team members.
Thanks! Michael

Jep - Premiere, Avaya and the new one for Cisco can be found on the link. I will contact Adobe Connect support for the SDK.
